Our current Register form is an enquiry form; it does not require an account or sign-in. Required fields are marked by the form. Without the requested contact and shipment details, we may be unable to respond or prepare a quotation. Please do not submit payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information through these forms.

We use enquiry information to answer questions, understand product and shipping requirements, prepare quotations, communicate about requests and arrange the commercial steps you ask us to take.

The website’s Contact and Register forms send submissions through FormSubmit to export@wellspringexport.com. Submission involves leaving this website to complete the provider’s verification step. Form and email providers process the information needed to deliver your enquiry.
Our website also uses hosting infrastructure and the browser services described below. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by applicable law. For information about recipients involved in a particular quotation or shipment, contact us using the privacy email below.
External websites and platforms have their own privacy practices. Opening a social-media or other external link places you on that provider’s service.
07. Data retention
We retain enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to deal with the request and any resulting business relationship, taking account of applicable record-keeping requirements and the need to resolve disputes. The appropriate period depends on the record and its purpose.
